Episode 1

The Will to Succeed

Even before becoming an Army Special Forces officer, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff – Army General Mark Milley started his collegiate career as a Princeton University Defenseman. We’ll dive into the lessons learned on the ice, in combat, and now in the executive branch.

Episode 2

Veteran Mindset in Business

Patrick visits with Army Ranger and form Chairman & CEO at Johnson & Johnson Alex Gorsky. They discuss why mental health and a growth mentality are crucial to success. Later he meets up with a front-line healthcare worker who utilized their military training during the COVID pandemic.

Episode 3

Military of the Future

Global threats are no longer fought only on land, sea, and air. We must now be ready to defend our country in space, and cyberspace. In this episode, Patrick speaks with military leaders on the need for advanced skills, and career opportunities for those calling to serve.

Episode 4

Veterans in Public Service

Governor Wes Moore joins Patrick to talk about his journey from a young man growing up in the Bronx, to graduating from West Point, to eventually becoming the first black Governor of the State of Maryland. This remarkable story inspires viewers and shows that determination and grit are keys to great accomplishments.

Moving our Nation Forward

With our nation facing a critical shortage of 80,000 truck drivers, Patrick connects with Afghan war veteran and Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg. In this Army vs Navy chat, the two discuss the work being done to recruit veterans to step in through Task Force Movement.

TV and Film Production

Our most recent production is a national documentary series entitled ‘The Warrior Class’ that shares the stories of the brother and sister veterans who have served our great nation and returned home to become successful business and civic leaders. This docuseries tells the untold stories of success, service, and purpose hosted by Emmy-award-winning host/executive producer Patrick Murphy. It airs nationally on local Fox television stations, VetTV, and the American Heroes Network.

The Warrior Class Partners have worked on projects including Call of Duty’ movie (2021), ‘The Warrior Class’, Villanova, 2020), ‘Alive’ (Epix, 2018), ‘Almost Sunrise’ (PBS, 2017), and the Stephen Spielberg film ‘Thank You For Your Service’ (Dreamworks/Universal 2017). Additionally, our principals and partners have been hosts and executive producers of the award-winning NBC News/MSNBC ‘Taking The Hill’ (2011–2015), and ‘The Triumph Games’ (CBS Sports, 2015–2016).

Army-Navy Conference at the Wharton School of Business

In December of 2022, in partnership with the Wharton Veteran’s Club, we brought together thought leaders from the tech, entrepreneurship, sports, and public sectors to tackle some of the hardest challenges facing our country and the world. In this 5 hour conference, we hosted some of the biggest names in industry including former Johnson & Johnson CEO Alex Gorsky, then House Armed Services Committee Chairman Adam Smith, Super Bowl winner Brandon Brooks, and more.

SXSW - Growth, Defense, Healthcare, and Technology. Finding Value in a Changing World.

At South by Southwest in Austin Texas, we hosted a conference in collaboration with Distinctive Edge Partners and The Independence Fund to address healthcare innovation, defense investment, and cultural leadership. The conference was held at The Eleanor in Austin and hosted Tiffany Raspberry the Director of Intergovernmental and External Affairs for NYC Mayor Eric Adams, former UFC Fighter and Green Beret Tim Kennedy, Medal of Honor Recipient and CEO of Dash Strategies Dakota Meyer, and Mike Parrish the Chief Acquisition Officer at the VA.
